"do not use this agent at any cost Furthermore, do not even use State Farm because their commercials are full of falsehoods and lies We have never even spoken once to Cara Fisher To address our concerns. She will never call you back when you have claim. We were only assigned to her after years of having a superb agent. Over the years we've had multiple agents who have treated us like we mean something to them. Not the case with this agent. additionally, they will drop you after 60 years of service with State Farm having paid premiums and only made two home claims because they were minor in the same year. The first time was a soft clog that caused some pretty heavy water damage to the carpeting. We had to have Servpro come in to remove the under padding and then they did send the adjuster, but we never needed to do any repairs at the time, it wasn't that urgent. In essence, there was no presence of Mold mildew in the house. There was no damage to the baseboards. Pretty much the hallway carpeting was saturated and there was a lot of water cleanup and they brought in their air dryer to dried out for 3 to 4 days. We contacted a plumber immediately, and he assessed it basically as a soft clog I need a rebuild of the master Toilet In October 2024, we had another toilet that backed up and again made a mess with the water Tried to reach out to Cara Fisher's office during the middle of the day when this incident happened and no one ever called us back. This is the worst experience we've ever had with a State Farm agent, but again there have been no claims to the home property In almost 58 years of living there After the second incident, we decided to have a new drainfield put in a new septic tank. We recently put a new roof on the home and re-plumbed the entire home We were notified that State Farm would not be renewing our policy due to two water claims I tried to dispute it with the representative who answered the phone and they said they would present it to the agent to see what could be done and never heard back I ended up reaching out to a friend of mine who had a different state farm agent and so I transferred everything over to them and they said they would look at it to it and unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about it either We are now stuck having to try to find insurance and the only options are pretty much citizens for over $6000 annually Not to mention that we have Inspections, four-point inspections and all this other nonsense that is needed just to obtain a policy. Because State Farm treated it's Customers like garbage I would not trust using State Farm as a company and highly advise against anyone using them because if you even have one claim they're going to drop you Which sad is the fact that we probably paid them thousands of dollars in premiums over the past 60+ years just alone on this residential property not to mention the multiple cars, apartment rental and other properties are family has owned Bottom line is, I would never use State Farm again for anything, even if I had a newer property and they were a possibility. I just don't trust them any longer I dropped the auto insurance once they dropped us as clients. As soon as we have another option, I will be dropping the million dollar umbrellas policy that we have with them as well They're not there like a good neighbor, because if they really cared about their clientele they would fix the flaw in the system. Bottom line is that they just don't really care"

"This agency has inexperienced agents quoting policies and increasing limits w/o informing customers. I have asked this agency to contact me about my policy and have not heard back. I will be filing a complaint with State Farm’s underwriting department in Bloomington, IL (their headquarters). This branch needs to do their due diligence to ensure their agents are giving their customers full policy limits before payment is received and not lead the customer into thinking otherwise."

"This lady lied to me so I was able to sign up for the policy. She quoted me for price & I was excited & she knew so I took the contract. Once the bill was sent it it increased by $212. I called to ask for explanation they told me they would call back it took 4 days to hear from an agent. An agent that didn’t give a damn or not. I kept explaining that I agree to one bill & the other was issued they said since the hurricane the billing hasn’t been right.
